A Coaching Experience for Women Ready to Trust Themselves and Choose Their Life

Strong Culture is a coaching practice devoted to self-trust, identity, and lasting transformation

I offer coaching and guided experiences for women ready to stop living from fear, second-guessing, and self-abandonment—and start making clear, grounded decisions about their life.

Grounded in lived experience, emotional pattern work, and a faith-informed perspective, my work helps you understand why you feel stuck, rebuild how you see yourself, and create real, sustainable change.

Hi I’m Laura !

My Philosophy

Trying to change your life without clarity will keep you circling the same patterns—just with more awareness.

You can do all the work, read all the books, and still feel stuck if you can’t see what’s actually driving your choices.

Without the right guidance, it’s easy to mistake insight for change.

And without someone who can help you see your blind spots, you will keep returning to what feels familiar—even when it’s not working.

The work I do starts where what you already know meets what you’ve been unable to see.

The transformation you’re craving isn’t about pushing harder—it’s about seeing clearly enough to choose differently.

It’s learning to recognize the patterns underneath your decisions, not just the decisions themselves.

It’s understanding yourself with enough honesty and compassion that change becomes possible.

It’s having the support, reflection, and truth that allows you to move forward—without abandoning yourself again.

And for those who want it, this work is grounded in the belief that you are not as alone, or as flawed, as you’ve believed.

Real change happens when you stop trying to become someone else—and start seeing yourself clearly enough to choose your life.

For nearly two decades, I’ve helped people understand themselves more deeply.

I’ve coached individuals through personal growth, mental health, behavior change, and life transitions — helping them recognize the patterns that shape how they live, love, lead, and respond.

Much of my work centers on helping people understand how their upbringing, relationships, family dynamics, and survival patterns shaped their self-worth, boundaries, and ability to trust themselves.

This is especially important for individuals who have spent years being the strong one, the reliable one, the forgiving one, or the one who kept showing up — even when it cost them peace, identity, and joy.

I help people name what has been happening beneath the surface, rebuild self-trust, and begin creating lives that actually reflect who they are.

About Laura

My work is also grounded in years of mental health and systems experience.

I’ve worked with individuals, organizations, and communities to bring mental health, emotional wellness, and behavior change into real life — not just as ideas, but as practical support people can use.

I’ve collaborated with platforms like WebMD, led Mental Health First Aid trainings across diverse communities, facilitated wellness and mental health education, and helped organizations integrate mental health into their culture and services.

That experience has taught me that people do not change through shame, pressure, or willpower alone.

They change when they feel supported enough to tell the truth, safe enough to see the pattern, and brave enough to choose something different.

I understand what it means to feel stuck.

I also understand what it takes to change.

And I don’t separate the two.

Deep, Personal Transformation

Coaching for Identity, Self-Trust, and Real Change

What this work is

Deep, Personal Transformation is not surface-level coaching. It is a guided process for women who are ready to understand the patterns that have shaped their lives — especially the patterns of self-abandonment, people-pleasing, painful attachment, family wounds, and choosing connection at the cost of themselves.

This work helps you slow down, see what has been driving your choices, rebuild self-trust, and begin creating a life that feels more honest, peaceful, and aligned with who you actually are.

It is not about becoming someone new.

It is about returning to the parts of yourself you had to hide, silence, or abandon in order to be loved, accepted, or safe.

This 8-week coaching experience combines weekly sessions, short teaching videos, reflection prompts, and guided integration.

Before we meet, you’ll have space to learn and reflect on the patterns that may be keeping you stuck — such as self-abandonment, people-pleasing, shame, family dynamics, painful attachment, and fear of choosing yourself.

Then, in our coaching sessions, we use that awareness to go deeper. We process what is happening in your real life, identify what is asking to change, and practice new ways of responding that are rooted in self-trust, honesty, and courage.

The goal is not simply to talk about change.

The goal is to help you begin living differently.

Deep, Personal Transformation

1. Weekly Coaching Sessions

Each session gives you space to be heard, supported, challenged, and guided as you work through the patterns keeping you stuck.

This is where we process what is coming up in your real life — your relationships, your fears, your decisions, your boundaries, your grief, and the parts of you that are ready for something different.

2. Short Teaching Videos

You’ll receive focused videos that introduce key themes before or between sessions, so you can begin building language and awareness around what you’re experiencing.

These videos help you understand the “why” beneath the pattern, so our time together can go deeper.

3. Reflection Work

You’ll be given prompts or exercises to help you apply the weekly theme to your own life.

This is where awareness becomes personal.

You’ll begin noticing where you abandon yourself, where guilt takes over, where fear keeps you stuck, and where your voice is asking to come forward.

4. Integration + Practice

Transformation happens through practice.

Together, we’ll identify small, meaningful steps that help you begin living differently — whether that means setting a boundary, telling the truth, making a decision, grieving what you hoped for, or choosing yourself in a place where you usually disappear.

Before this work, you may feel…

Like you’ve spent years being the strong one, the reliable one, the peacekeeper, or the person who keeps showing up even when it hurts.

You may feel stuck in family dynamics, unhealthy relationships, people-pleasing, guilt, shame, or fear of choosing yourself.

You may know something needs to change, but feel unsure how to begin.

Through this work, you begin to…

Understand the patterns that shaped you.

Name where you’ve been abandoning yourself.

Recognize why certain relationships feel so hard to leave.

Rebuild trust in your own voice.

Practice boundaries, honesty, and new choices.

Receive support as you grieve what you hoped would change and begin stepping toward what you actually want.

After this work, you can leave with…

A deeper understanding of yourself.

More clarity around your patterns and relationships.

Greater confidence making decisions.

Practical tools for boundaries and emotional grounding.

A stronger connection to your own voice.

A clearer vision for the life you are ready to create.
